WEDNESDAY MORNING TODAY I find a box outside my door containing the Joy Con and a service statement from Minilec Service, a Nintendo repair subcontractor. All the same, Ive heard about and experienced so many repair and customer service nightmares over the years that it feels almost miraculous to have a product repair go this smoothly.
